Job Duties
Deliver direct therapy services as outlined by the supervising OT
Support fine motor, coordination, and self-care skill development
Collect and maintain student data to monitor progress
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Assist in adapting learning environments to promote accessibility
Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress discussions
